Terms of Service
The short version: a clear monthly subscription you can cancel any time. Nothing here is financial advice.

1. Who we are
cryptoinfo.ai (“CryptoInfo”, “we”) is operated by a sole proprietor based in Norway. You can reach us at hello@cryptoinfo.ai. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
2. What the service is
CryptoInfo is an information service. It shows market data, rules-based scores, AI-written summaries and reports, news, portfolio overviews for wallet addresses you add, and risk checks for token contracts. Everything is general information. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Crypto is high-risk and you can lose everything you invest. You make your own decisions.
We never hold your funds, keys or seed phrases, and we never ask for them. Swaps, where offered, are signed in your own wallet through a third-party route provider.
3. Your account
You need an account to use CryptoInfo Intelligence. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
4. Subscription and free trial
- Price: CryptoInfo Intelligence costs $9.99 per month. The price includes VAT where it applies. Your bank may show the amount in your local currency.
- Free trial: New subscribers get 3 days free. You add a payment card when you start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken when the trial ends. One trial per person.
- Renewal: The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
- Price changes: We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. You can cancel before then.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription is sold through Link, Stripe’s payment service, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record, issues your receipts and handles VAT. Link’s own terms apply to the payment. Your statement will show LINK.COM* CRYPTOINFO.AI. If a payment fails, we may retry it and you may lose access until it succeeds.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in the app under Manage subscription. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
7. Refunds and your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in Norway, the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the subscription within 14 days of starting it. Email hello@cryptoinfo.ai or contact Link support and we will refund your payment. Outside that period, payments for the current month are not refunded, but you can always cancel to stop the next payment. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Fair use
Use CryptoInfo for your own personal purposes. Do not resell, scrape or copy the service or its data, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything illegal. Some features have daily limits (for example the number of Analyst reports), shown in the app.
9. Availability and accuracy
We work hard to keep data live and correct, but market data comes from third parties and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and AI text can contain mistakes. The service is provided “as is”. We may change, add or remove features; if we remove a core feature you rely on, you can cancel and we will refund any unused part of the current month.
10. Liability
We are not liable for trading or investment losses, or for decisions you make based on the service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending your access
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close your account without a breach on your side, we will refund any unused part of the current month.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies. Norwegian law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
